Filing of translations of European patents intended for the Slovak Republic

The service is a part of the processes within the proceedings for European patents with a designation for the Slovak Republic, and it takes place in several steps from the submission of a translation of the patent claims of the published European patent application, resp. The process of the translation of the claims of the published European patent application or European patent with designation for the Slovak Republic into the Slovak language, the two-way communication of the applicant with the Office by means of subsequent submissions, up to the disclosure of the translation of the claims of the published European patent application or European patent with designation for the Slovak Republic into the Slovak language and the announcement of this disclosure as well as of the grant of the European patent in the Journal of the Office. As part of subsequent filings, ordinary and extraordinary remedies may also be applied.
